Rusty Mitchell Joins Team E Racing for selected Indy Lights Races
Welcome to Team E Racing
Team E has spared no expense in creating a first rate competitive team. The Team E crew is very experienced and brings with them two IndyLights championships in 2005 & 2006. The Team was equipped with all new race equipment, a new 2008 Dallara chassis, a new state of the art 2008 Featherlite transporter. All this is housed at our race shop outside Tampa Florida, an ideal location for winter testing.
Accomplishments:
Won the 2008 Mesco Firestone IndyLights New Team of the Year
Won in only its sixth race at the Historic Milwaukee Mile
Second at Nashville Super Speedway
Fastest Race lap ever recorded in an IndyLights car at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway average speed of 191.466 mph.
Second at the St. Pete Grand Prix in 2010
